Scan 3D
The 3D scan is the process for constructing a 3D digital representation from an object of the real world.
This 3D scan can be achieved by several processes:
- Without contact with the object by using a scanner just sweep the surface of the object and which was taken by a camera to reconstruct the 3D digital. see our scanner 3D
- With an arm contact probe against the object which has record-point surfaces of the object, the point is defined manually by the user of the arms probe. see our arms probing 3D
Applications are multiple:
- Reverse Engineering
Archiving digital parts,
Reproduction parts physical,
Study and modifying design elements from physical,
Interaction between physical models and digital models,
Product integration in an environment. - Control 3D
Control and metrology of mechanical parts,
Assemblies and control measures in areas of difficult access. - Creation of multimedia virtual object
Creation of 3D digital catalogues,
The exchange of information between design services,
Training support,
Maintenance support,
Fit Documentation.
