Visualization

Visualization of voxel data with more than 20 GB on 64 bit hardware. Supported data types: un-/signed 8, 16, or 32 bit integer, 32 bit floating point, 32 bit RGBA. Combined visualization of voxel (scanned) and polygon (CAD) data. Visualization with different algorithms: ray-tracing, iso-surface, MIP, X-ray, etc. Illumination models: multiple directional light, spot light, or point light sources with shadowing. Stereo visualization: red/cyan, red/green, or red/blue glasses, autostereoscopic displays, or other stereo hardware supported by OpenGL. 2D visualization: multiplanar recon, axial, sagittal, frontal, and arbitrary slicing.

Geometry Operations

Arbitrary freehand or keyed-in rotation and positioning of objects. Clipping capabilities: box clipping or arbitrary clipping planes.

Classification and Segmentation

Interactive grey value classification. Arbitrary color and opacity mapping.
